We're excited to welcome Grant Wells to the Edge team as a Project Manager.
Grant brings extensive experience across technology, innovation, procurement, and service transformation, having worked with organisations in industries including manufacturing, energy, civil construction, and healthcare. Throughout his career, he has helped businesses use technology to achieve practical outcomes and create lasting value.
Alongside his technical background, Grant holds a qualification in innovation management and contributed to the early development of Christchurch's Innovation Precinct and the NZTE Better by Design programme.
As a Project Manager at Edge, Grant enjoys helping business leaders turn complex ideas into well-structured projects and practical outcomes. He is passionate about simplifying complexity, building stakeholder alignment, and delivering smart, high-quality solutions.
Grant was attracted to Edge by its combination of deep expertise, broad experience, and focus on helping organisations get more from their technology investments.
Outside of work, Grant enjoys life on a rural property, a growing collection of old motorbikes, a long list of tech projects, and, according to Grant, a few too many horses.
