We are excited to announce Justin Farr as a new Project Manager in our team.
Justin is a Prince2-qualified Project Manager with extensive experience delivering IT infrastructure projects across a wide range of industries, including retail, energy, government, health, and financial services. Having worked both in New Zealand and internationally, he brings a pragmatic understanding that no two organisations or projects are the same, but they all need strong levels of technical understanding, communication and engagement.
He joins Edge Consulting with a strong focus on delivery, helping organisations navigate complex technology environments and ensuring projects are aligned to what the business actually needs. He enjoys the challenge of balancing technical complexity with clear communication and practical outcomes.
Justin was drawn to Edge Consulting’s independent, outcome-focused approach and the emphasis on tailoring solutions rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model.
Outside of work, Justin has a very active second role as a full-time “Dad Taxi,” supporting his daughter’s busy social schedule. When he’s off duty, you’ll often find him and his family in Lake Tekapo enjoying boating, fishing, and time with friends and extended family. They also love to travel and are already planning their next trip back to Europe and the UK.
